Our Kinda Crabby Return Policy

The return rate for clothing ordered online runs anywhere from 25% to 45%. This
results in tremendous waste and stress on the environment, as well as high costs,
which are ultimately passed on to you, the consumer.
Therefore, since all our ponchos are made to order, we follow the industry standard for
custom clothing: Once the fabric has been cut for your poncho: No Returns. So please
order carefully!
Should you by chance find a defect in your poncho within 14 days of receiving your
purchase, we will gladly remake your poncho once we have received the defective item.
